Legal requirements

The diverse elements of the Web site (the shape, the layout, the bottom, structures…) are protected by the right of drawings and models, copyright, the right of the marks as well as the right for the image and they cannot be copied or imitated in whole or in part except express authorization of EUROTECH-RENDA.
All nobody not respecting the applicable legal requirements makes guilty of the offence of forgery and is liable to statutory penalties.

Copyrights

The present site establishes a work which EUROTECH-RENDA is the author in the sense of articles L.111.1 and the following ones of the code of intellectual property.

Photos, texts, slogans, drawings, images, sound full of life sequences or no as well as any works integrated into a site are the property of EUROTECH-RENDA or third having authorized EUROTECH- RENDA to use them.

Logos, icones, and graphic fleas represented on the site are protected in conformance with copyright and articles L.511.1 and following ones of the Code of the intellectual property relative to the protection of the registered designs.

The reproductions, on a paper or IT support, of the site and the works who are reproduced are authorized under reserve there that they are strictly reserved for a personal custom excluding any custom to fine advertising agents and\or commercial and\or of information and\or that they are corresponding to the stipulations of the article L122-5 of the Code of the Intellectual property.
With the exception of capacities above, any reproduction, representation, use or modification, whatever process it is and whatever support it is, of all or any of the site, of all or any of the various work which composes it, without having obtained the prior authorization of EUROTECH-RENDA is strictly forbidden and establishes an offence of forgery.

Right of databases

Databases are protected by the law of July 1st, 1998 and the French diet of the copyright.

This site is in the course of recording at the IT National Committee and the Liberties (CNIL).
